Hello, Go to your system manufaturer website and search drivers for your model. Alternatively, you can directly Bing or Google drivers for your system model. Regards.
- Feb 20, 2014 7. Check the Search Result to know what device this unknown Base System Device is. If you have identified this unknown device, download the driver on the manufacturer site by searching the Model ID of your computer. Another option is to use DriverFinder Pro, this is a driver update tool that scans missing and out-of-date drivers in your devices.

For unidentified driver, if you can't figure out which one is missing browsing the Support Downloads webpage for your model PC or motherboard, or they don't have a scanner to check for you there, then you can trace the Hardware ID on the Details tab of the device listing in Device Manager. Drop down the menu to choose Hardware ID, use the right click context menu to copy and paste into Google the long string ID to search for driver or learn what the device is so you can download it from the PC's Downloads webpage. If the long string doesn't help use the short string to search. You'll need to screen out driver finder ads to get to the real download instead of a disguised driver finder. If you want to post back the ID we can help you. More here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_10-update/updating-a-driver/a5e6345e-af9b-4099-bef0-8d22254aa1c1 I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I'll keep working with you until this is resolved.
